MATTHEW MAXCY

Matthew Maxcy has been dancing since the age of seven, earning his A.F.A. in Dance from Raritan Valley Community College (2023). He is currently completing his B.F.A. in Dance Performance and Choreography at Rutgers University, Mason Gross School of the Arts (2025).

As a performer, choreographer, and leader, Matthew has trained extensively in Commercial Hip Hop, Street Jazz, Contemporary, and more—earning awards such as Mr. Premier Dance Title Winner and serving as both a Student Leader and Dance Ambassador. His original choreographic works include two concept videos, Alter Ego and One Sip One Mistake, showcasing his ability to fuse storytelling with movement.

Matthew brings drive, creativity, and professionalism to every project. With a vision to teach, perform, and create on a global scale, he is a dancer and choreographer who will not only elevate your production but inspire those around him.
